Bio
Tuesday, August 5th, 1980. The movie 'Airplane!' was top of the box office, Marty Stalker was born and 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' was still a year away. He reveled in the Betamax and VHS frenzy of the 1980s and nurtured his affinity for cinema during his teenage years at the video store in which he worked. After acquiring an impressive film knowledge, he decided to share it with the world. Marty is now an esteemed filmmaker, where he continues to leave his indelible mark through vivid and authentic stories told on screen.
VISION
Influenced by some of the most iconic names in storytelling — from the evocative styles of Oliver Stone and Danny Boyle to the gritty, visceral approach of Shane Meadows — Marty's work echoes the depth of these narrative maestros while maintaining a distinctive voice that is all his own.
